Free Woman's Self-defense Classes

Women learn how to defend themselves and be prepared - mentally, emotionally, and physically. They learn how to set boundaries and have the courage to enforce them with the amount of force necessary for different situations. Role-playing with male “attackers” is included so women can practice what to do in real-life dangerous situations. Schedule to be announced.
